Customer Service Advisor Speke Liverpool Your new company Your new employer is a national award-winning infrastructure services specialist who operate across the entire UK, forming one of the largest organisations within a large, diverse industry, helping to shape and deliver key services that improve the UK's infrastructure network to help our environment grow and improve. They are now looking to welcome two administrators to their growing team in Speke on an ongoing temporary basis. Your new role Your new job will involve ensuring that customers receive a high level of customer service, you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries, building rapports and working closely with your Team Leader to achieve KPI targets. You will be overseeing the provision of taking and directly calls appropriately, logging enquiries on the system and responding in a timely manner to bring each issue to a quick resolution. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will have an outstanding telephone manner, a drive to excel in a fast-paced as well as a proven track record of success within a results-orientated environment. You will have experience within customer services with outstanding rapport-building skills What you'll get in return Our client is offering a rate of £8.21 with the possibility of extension.
