Overview

Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a TPA who are presently recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator and Pensions Team Leader in Redhill Senior Pensions Administrator Working within an administration team, servicing both member and client queries in relation to DC/DB pension schemes In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensure that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader Be a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases Check and challenge work performed by less experienced associates and make sure that the requested work has been undertake Train, support and mentor junior associates and hold regular feedback sessions. Assist in more complex/project work when required including Complaints Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients /members could be improved and communicate findings to Team Leader Ensure that targets and deadlines are met Requirements Experience of dealing with occupational pension schemes. Experience of coaching and supporting less experienced associates. Excellent interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication. Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload. Able to work to a high level of accuracy Team Leader Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases. Ensure work allocated is carried out in accordance with: Practice guidelines. Documented operating procedures. Quality standards. Performance / Service standards. Ensure all work is logged onto and processed through Workflow. Must be able to work to a high level of accuracy. Monitor own workflow and that of junior associates via Workflow to ensure service levels are achieved. Take the lead in more complex/project work when required. Build and maintain technical, procedures and client knowledge through experience. Challenge procedures to identify process improvements and pass on recommendations to Administration Manager. Requirements Significant and proven experience dealing with DC and DB occupational schemes. Previous experience within a supervisory / managerial role in a Pensions Administration environment, ideally in a third party administrator. Progression in PMI qualification desirable This is a Profile Search and Selection vacancy who are operating as an Employment Agency.
