Overview
Key Responsibilities Accounts payable Company registrations and filings including VAT Using Xero to set up companies, post journals and prepare monthly management accounts for SPV and JV companies in for review by Deal Financial Controllers Setting up template folders for each deal and ensuring these folders are consistent, up-to-date and referenced back to the accounting numbers Carrying out bank and intercompany reconciliations Assist in presentations, reports and project management deliverables Other ad hoc duties as required Relevant Experience Strong Accounts Payable and Finance Operations experience Companies House registrations/filings, VAT registrations/filings Part-Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA - final stages) 2.1 degree Financial Services experience (essential) Excel proficient (essential) Xero (essential) Understanding of accounting for loans (desirable) Real Estate experience (desirable) Barclays.net Self-management to meet deadlines Ability to work in fast paced entrepreneurial environment Confident and communicates effectively verbally and in writing
