Overview
Beauty Therapist / Aesthetic Therapist, Clapham Role Description We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated beauty therapist part-time/full-time Beauty Therapist to join an outstanding Beauty clinic within a pharmacy based in the heart of Clapham. This position involves working with industry leading treatments and laser technology (if required, training will be provided for the Fotona laser system) plus results driven skincare and body treatments using Skinceuticals, Caudalie and other leading brands. You will be conducting full consultations in order to provide your client with the ideal treatments and beauty products. You will also be expected to support the Clinic with customer care & reception when required, treatment promotion and post treatment follow-up duties – alongside any treatment training and providing treatments. Key requirement of this of the role includes helping to answer questions about treatments and product orders and provide advice. The Clinic and Pharmacy also carry the beautiful mineral make-up brand, Jane Iredale alongside a number of other premium skincare / beauty products and you will be offering make-up consultations and skin care advice to clients. The Beauty Therapist will on occasion work alongside and be trained by the Aesthetics Doctor which is an amazing opportunity to take a key role in a fast growing business, especially if you want to learn new skills, and progress your career. This position also involves working alongside a doctor performing laser, anti-wrinkle injections and fillers. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to be trained by the Doctor in laser. The role is based at our Clapham High Street and Clapham Road location, but the clinic operates from two premises in Clapham (5mins walk from each other) and you may be required to work from both venues. Weekday opening hours are from 9am to 9:00pm and we are keen for the successful candidate to be flexible in working later shifts, including some Saturdays or Sundays. The Clinic is open 7 days a week and the Pharmacy is open 7 days a week – the position will be shift based with 25-40 hours p/wk (depending on whether part-time or full-time), and we are prepared to accommodate some personal preferences for working hours.
