Overview
Tuttii Fruittii London is a world renouned creative hair salon based in South East London. We are now about expand and launch our new Bar Basement Salon in East London on Famous Street Bricklane. We are looking for creative Talented Salon Manager who have the skill and ambition to run successful busy salons, within our fun colourful team of Hair Artists. You will be expected to create a fun and welcoming salon environment in which you are to lead your team, it would be your responsibility to achieve your personal targets as well as to motivate and drive your team to achieve and exceed the business goals and expectations that you would help set with your regional business manager. You should have experience in building a column and client base as well as excellent empathetic customer service. You must be able to cut and colour all lengths, styles and be fluent in english. To lead by example and manage the team within the salon. Manger Responsibilities Working on Clients, cutting and colour with excellent Customer service Ordering and managing stock (stock control), including stock takingEnsuring the salon is well maintained & cleanedWorking Towards targets Reporting to Head Office Regularly Setting example to motivate staff, hitting there own targets, training them to provide first class service to their clients Managing payments, Banking salon cash, keep daily records Answering The Phone What we will Offer to you Top Rate pay Commission Scheme on Retail Opportunities to be involved in Editorial work/ Hair Shows/Product Education Opportunity to progress your Career in the future Experience Management: 3 years (Preferred)
