The Role The Law Society is the membership body for the legal profession. Our members are at the heart of what we do and we're committed to providing ongoing support, training and events to assist them in their careers. It is an exciting time to be working at the Law Society. A major business transformation is underway, with digitialisation at its heart. As the IT Learning and Adoption Lead, you will actively engage with the business and IT programmes to ensure all new and existing technology is fully adopted. You will own the learning pathway for technology and deliver learning in person, through third-parties and via appropriate media. You will support projects that involve the migration of our information and some processes to Office 365. These are not "lift and shift" projects You will be helping to change our ways of working and culture as we change how we manage and use our information. What we're looking for We are looking for an experienced IT Learning and Adoption lead with the ability to deliver learning in person, through third party suppliers and as self-learning. The applications within Office 365 will form many of our solutions, so experience of delivering learning for this technology is essential. You will need to be able to work with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You must thrive on bringing about change and have an infectious positive attitude.
