Web Developer / Front End Engineer (JavaScript React TypeScript PHP). Trailblazing software house is seeking a skilled Web Developer to take ownership of the design and development of bespoke front ends for clients on the core platform. You’ll work in small groups on a strong pipeline of Greenfield projects using React and TypeScript interfacing with Twig templates and the PHP Symphony backend. This Web Developer role would suit someone who’s keen to inject creativity into robust development work, as you’ll be experimenting, prototyping, A/B testing and working from the ground up to deliver the optimal solution. You’ll be based at funky, modern offices in South London where you can enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen, free weekly massages and quarterly surprise office outings, as well as an action-packed social calendar with everything from karaoke to sports clubs and gaming nights. Requirements: You’re experienced in using JavaScript frameworks such as React for front end development You have a good understanding of TypeScript (commercial experience desirable) You enjoy working collaboratively with designers to produce high quality UIs (and experience using Storybook to develop components) You’re a passionate technologist who enjoys keeping pace with trends in technology / attending meet ups You have a good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, e.g. OOP, Design Patterns etc. As a Web Developer you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £80k) plus stock options and benefits, including individual training budget, mentoring programme, generous holiday allowance, enhanced parental leave and more.
