Overview
Our client works with hundreds of online and highstreet retailers both in the UK and around the world. It licenses its platform and suite of mobile devices and services to these retailers. They work with leading edge technologies: node.js, serverless, React, Docker, Amazon Web Services Key Responsibilities · Developing and maintaining key features on the platform · Build micro-services using serverless technologies · Pairing with other developers · Write robust automated acceptance tests · Actively work towards test driven development (TDD) · Supporting DevOps capability The Ideal Candidate will have some or all of the following experience Software engineering – Javascript, node.js Web frameworks – react.js Secure web services development, web design Event-driven system concepts, messaging, topics, queues Distributed system development AWS or other public cloud Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Ability to take on operational problems in complex systems This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89955926
