Become a Service Desk Support Analyst with Capita Intelligent Communications in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire: An excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team to provide day-to-day administration and support of our IT Service Desk; ensuring all requests into the department are accurately logged, categorised, prioritised, assigned and escalated where appropriate to ensure best possible service be delivered to all users. What you will do: Day-to-day administration and support of our organisation's IT infrastructure, including but not limited to PCs, servers, virtual environments, mobile devices, peripherals, LAN & WLAN across organisational sites. To assist in the smooth running and security of the network, implementing preventative maintenance techniques where appropriate. Liaise with suppliers of hardware and software where appropriate. Knowledge System hardware and software maintenance. Assist with the repair of hardware or arranging for the repair of hardware. Serve as a point of technical support for all users. Provide guidance and/or deliver training to users when appropriate. About you: Proven experience of working within a helpdesk/ service desk environment. Knowledge and understanding of networks and networking concepts. Knowledge and experience of supporting a Windows 10 environment. Knowledge of basic server infrastructure support Knowledge of the Microsoft range of products. Ability to work in a team environment Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision Superb communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high stress and pressure situations Strong problem solving and program execution skills Self-motivating Ability to understand the big picture - can step back and understand the context of problems before applying analytical skills to address the issues Demonstrable ability to communicate and develop long-lasting relationships with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner Process oriented Attentive to detail About Capita Intelligent Communications (CIC) Capita Intelligent Communications can help businesses with their digital journey.
