Role: Customer Service Advisor - French Speaking Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Location: Mansfield Type: Permanent Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a company located in Mansfield on a Permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be working in a small team looking after customer, providing excellent customer support, along with sales support, account co-ordination and development. The Role & Responsibilities of the French Speaking Customer Service Advisor Customer service on sales and service support Support via emails and telephone Progress daily customer orders placed Create opportunities to deliver additional sales Tracking and KPIs Coordinate quality control and service requests Support the sales team with ad hoc duties Measure and report on account performances Drive customer best service delivery Build and maintain relationships Requirements of the French Speaking Customer Service Advisor Fluent in both French and English - Written and spoken Language Outgoing and confident to work in this long-standing team Previous Customer Service Experience Excellent IT skills Ability to work with different department, contacts, clients Be able to plan and prioritise Resolve issues quickly and calmly What will you get in return An excellent working environment A competitive rate of pay A vibrant and fun team Type Permanent Working Hours Monday - Friday: Full Time
