Customer Service Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent customer service administrator, this role is an immediate start based in city centre at a progressive business who prides themselves on staff development. Your new role You will be reporting to the company's office manager to ensure that all services are running effectively. You will be an ambassador for the company as you are the first point of contact for customers, visitors and all members of your team. You will answer a range of queries in relation to the business You must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft products. You will go the extra mile with customers and clients, you will be able to clearly explain all information i Be polite, professional, enthusiastic and calm as you will be dealing with a high volume of customers You will need to integrate well within your team Be a positive influence with customers and colleagues alike What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a customer service role The ability to think critically to overcome any problems quickly and effectively. You must be enthusiastic, organised and intelligent Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with multiple tasks at once. You must be able to work to tight deadlines. The candidate must be able to work independently and effectively in a team as well. Must be IT literate and able to use the computer efficiently.
