Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst, Up to £35k ( Study Support), Bradford Your new company This market leading manufacturing company based in Bradford are a reputable business with a newly developed local finance team. They are looking for an FP&A Analyst to be responsible for data gathering, analysis, and strategic input within the finance team. Your new role In your job as a finance analyst you will be responsible for the collation of vital operational data which you will use to build reports on key finance areas including sales, capital, and headcount reporting. You will liaise with key contacts across multiple sites (travel not necessary) in order to gain a full understanding of the current state of finance within the business, using this vital information to produce reports which will be presented to key stakeholders within the organisation. Other duties include forecasting, balance sheet investigation, and providing ad hoc support to the finance director. What you'll need to succeed Your multiple years of experience within accounts means you will have a solid understanding of the financial data you will be handling on a day to day basis, which is particularly important when having to spot potential mistakes present when using the ERP system. You will be IT savvy so will be able to pick up new systems with ease. You will be an individual who is eager to become qualified (CIMA/ACCA) and really get stuck in within the company, with long term progression being present in this job. Ideally, you will have experience within a manufacturing environment but this is not essential.
