Overview

Commercial Manager (Network) You will join us as a Commercial Manager responsible for recruiting, managing and running the combined Therapist Network across the Group, to provide a therapist network that delivers the current and future required skill mix and capacity to meet the Group’s client’s needs. Commercial Manager Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for recruitment to and management of the Therapist Network. - Lead managing relationships internal and external with the network. - Responsible for overall therapist service level delivery with the business. - Responsible for identifying more senior treatment networks. - Manage the commercial aspects of the external clinical network, engagement i.e. the terms and conditions of engagement. - Liaise with Stakeholders regarding the Operational and Clinical needs from the network. - Build a GDPR compliant platform for the network. - Responsible for ensuring a Continuous Professional Development programme is available for the clinical network. Commercial Manager Requirements: - Have a proven commercial background - A qualified finance professional who has experience of negotiating contract terms. - Background experience in the health and wellbeing market. - Exceptional communication skills. - Experience in planning and running events. - Preferably have experience in creating and organising effective CPD programmes - Good knowledge of GDPR especially related to running a third party network.
