Head of Portfolio Management & Reporting. Circa £78K Comprehensive Benefits Package. Permanent. Central London. T6/MN/17791. Global organisation is seeking to secure a Head of Portfolio Management & Reporting, the role will focus on transformation delivery with focus on change driven by technology. The Head of Portfolio Management & Reporting will drive the definition and execution of governance of a portfolio of transformation projects, and thus provide information and insights that allow effective decision-making and engagement of senior stakeholders. Will create and maintain the integrated plan for the portfolio, and will provide analysis and recommendations on investment priorities and optimising the integrated delivery schedule. The role holder will require a professional hands-on approach, combined with the ability to energise and motivate team members to fulfil their potential - the role has 4 direct reports. The key areas of accountability are:- Integrated Planning - Governance - Capability Building - Reporting - Risk Management and Compliance - Portfolio Budget - Benefits Management - Dependency Management - Communications - Capacity Management - Change Control. Skills and Experience Required: Significant experience of managing portfolios with IT related projects including global deployments with multinational projects and strong leadership skills. Excellent business acumen - ability to align change initiatives with strategic goals Excellent analysis and insight capability. Detailed knowledge of project and change management practices, standards and methodologies. Experienced in the use of portfolio management tools - knowledge of tools most suitable to support our activities - understanding the context and capabilities across the teams. Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience - ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders (including executive level). Able to build strong relationships within the organisation and influence others. Analysing and extracting top-level information to be shared with senior stakeholders. Proven experience in skills mentoring and coaching. Excellent communication skills (both written & oral English). Desirable Skills and Experience: P3O or Portfolio Management (MoP) Practitioner qualification.
