Overview
Data Developer / Data Warehouse Engineer (SQL SSIS SSRS T-SQL). Market-leading, key partner to the financial services sector is seeking a capable Data Developer to enhance their capabilities across their data development effort and take ownership of implementing, supporting and maintaining financial Data Warehousing solutions. As a Data Developer you'll play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality, bespoke solutions (predominantly using SQL). You'll own the production of all accompanying technical documentation, as well as participating in peer reviews in a culture that facilitates continuous improvement - a concept that will apply to both project and personal career development. In this Data Developer role you will initially be involved in stabilising and improving the current on-premise solution with a view to migrate to Azure in the future. Requirements: You have experience as a Data Developer / Data Warehouse Engineer You have strong experience with SQL Server technologies like SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL and Power BI You have strong fundamental knowledge and skills in database concepts / object and data modelling techniques and design principles You're able to translate object and data models into appropriate database schemas within design constraints You're a strong mathematician You are a first-rate communicator, able to work collaboratively with different teams business-wide As a Data Developer you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £65k) plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including substantial pension contribution, generous holiday allowance, private healthcare and more.
