Overview
My client is a global provider looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Asset Management Surveyor. In this role you will provide asset management advice and services for clients across a mixed portfolio of clients, maximising the performance of the client’s property portfolios. Your role will be key to enhancing the investment value of properties through active asset management maximising income, and monitoring and driving performance. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional and proactive asset management advice to private equity groups and investors, banks and institutions. Applicants must be qualified with experience in a mixed commercial portfolio.
