Overview
Reed Health and Care are currently supporting a number of Greater Manchester councils with the Corona virus outbreak. I am looking for a number of Social Workers to work within Hospital Discharge Teams. You will need: - Knowledge and experience of the Care Act, Mental capacity Act - Safeguarding - Dols - Housing Support - Pathways From Hospital If you feel this is the new role for you and you have the relevant experience apply below.
