If you are looking to progress you career and move on to an exciting new opportunity working for an organisation that excels in their field, then this is the opportunity for you As the Site Manager you will be fully capable of managing your own day, managing the project from start to finish, including 1st fix to customer care handover - with a very good eye for detail. The Site Manager role will see you taking responsibility for managing the site; including health and safety duties, driving the program but also spending a large amount of time on Quality Assurance ensuring all the processes are being followed. You will also be responsible for snagging at the final stages of the project. The ideal Site Manager will have: - A minimum of 5 years proven Site Management experience - Internals experience - High-rise residential experience
