Field IT Support Engineer - London - £30K £25-£30K depending on experience excellent benefits A well-established (over 20 years and counting) Managed Service Provider based in Central London is looking for an IT Field Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who has a strong MSP background with a proven record, superb customer interaction skills and strong server infrastructure and desktop support knowledge. They require a confident individual to provide IT support to their clients, who are based in and around the London area. It is an exciting time to join this company who are growing massively year upon year with complex, yet very rewarding projects to get stuck into. You will be providing proactive and reactive support, visiting client sites; consulting, implementing new IT infrastructure and tackling any project tasks required. You will be the escalation point for 1st and less experienced 2nd line Engineers. You will never walk onto a client site without full details of the task at hand. This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there. There will be travelling from site to site in this role around the London area, so please ensure you are happy with this when applying.
