Overview
Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within an Referral and Assessment Team for Bromley Council. Job Purpose Must have recent management experience preferably in a Referral & Assessment team or has worked in a frontline team at management level with R&A background Supervising complex Casework Supervising Court Cases Supervising Supporting & coaching Social Workers Experience of Practice teaching preferable Raising practice standards Comprehensive knowledge of the Children Act 1989 Knowledge of child development and of family functioning and dynamics. Knowledge of methods of social work intervention You will need to be: HCPC registered Eligible to work in the UK Why Choose Remedy?
