Overview

Sales Administrator Excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator. The role is working Monday to Friday, supporting a number of customer accounts, providing excellent customer service while processing customer orders efficiently. Ability to deal with a high number of inbound customer calls. Key duties include: Ability to build lasting business relationships with new and existing customers Accurate data entry skills, inputting faxed, emailed and web orders on to the businesses system Arranging new customer prices lists to be emailed to them Promoting the business web ordering service Candidate skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times High level of communication skills Excellent product knowledge in time with the relevant training IT Literacy Able to work in a fast-paced environment The starting salary is £18500 which will increase to £19k following the probation period.
