Overview
Sales Executive Salary: £20-22,000 commission 8:30 - 5:00 (Monday to Friday) 25 days holiday (after 2 years option to purchase an extra 5 days) Commission: OTE around an extra £3k-£6k KPI's 20 contacts a day (ie warm conversations) Min 10 new or lapsed accounts a month Description: We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our small energetic sales team. The ideal candidate will be: Self-motivated Hard working, dedicated and tenacious Focussed on achieving targets Money motivated (Uncapped commission structure) Min 1 year experience in making outbound calls Industry experience isn't essential, but same or similar would be desirable Main Aim of Role The role will be 80% new business, through a database, as well as your own lead sourcing The other 20% of the role will be managing accounts handed to you to continue building relationships Daily warm leads from inbound calls Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
