Overview

Our client is a large non-profit charitable organisation based in London, they are entering into an exciting period of growth and transition and now requires an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their HR Team. Based at their London offices and reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of their People Strategy. As an innovative, solutions-driven business partner, you will need to demonstrate your ability to hit the ground running, enabling the HR Team to deliver credible and highly professional service to this growing organisation. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced HR generalist with a proven track record of successfully working in a People setting with a strong delivery focus, together with up to date and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation in the UK. A creative thinker who enjoys developing new and innovative ways of addressing people challenges, you will have excellent attention to detail with an ability to adapt quickly and deal with conflicting priorities from different stakeholders. Confident in your ability to deal with operational and strategic objectives whilst working to tight deadlines during this dynamic period for the Charity. You will have an ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation, whilst being able to evolve and adjust your ways of working to suit our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will demonstrate evidence of delivering significant and sustainable business benefits through change, together with experience of developing and implementing an effective reward strategy to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition and implement Salary Benchmarking throughout the Charity. An ability to work with the business to embed the values and culture of the Charity, together with previous experience of working with a clinically focussed organisation would be highly advantageous. Essential Qualifications Skills and Experience - MCIPD or FCIPD - Membership (by examination) of CIPD Strong generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience at a senior level, ideally in a not for profit or Nursing or other Clinical environment Proven working knowledge of employee relations skills and the ability to deal with complex case management Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and its application through policies and procedures in a business-facing operational Human Resources function Experience of implementing national strategy at a regional leve Excellent demonstration of Talent Management and succession planning Strong consultation, negotiation and mediation skills. Considerable working knowledge understanding of equality, diversity and inclusiveness Experience of successfully implementing Organisational Design Change and transformation programmes within the not for profit sector Working experience of restructures and TUPE Strong working knowledge of Salary Benchmarking ideally focusing on NHS Salary scales Experience of Project Management working with multi skilled and multi-disciplined teams. Experience of Simply Personnel HR Information System or other similar HR Database and Case management system Excellent experience of Leadership Development and successfully implementing broader training initiatives Strong experience of workforce and resource planning with particular experience ideally within Clinical Services, ideally Nursing IT Literate with intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
