Learner Mentor (Home Based) - Southern England - £27,000 / Benefits. The Role: Learner Mentor (Home Based) • Working remotely from home, you will be assisting learners with the managerial elements of their L7 Tax & Accountancy Qualification. • The training provider is looking for a candidate with a flexible approach who demonstrates a passion for making a difference to every learner. • You will act as a learner mentor, not an assessor, so you are advising and guiding the learner in their studies and assisting them in qualification. • This is a purely remote role , there is no face to face contact with the candidates. Essential Requirements: Learner Mentor (Home Based) • Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1, D32, TAQA) • Experience in a managerial role • Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as SFA, Ofsted, and online platforms and packages Desirables: Learner Mentor (Home Based) • A good knowledge of Google products such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Duo etc • A Level 5 Management Qualification The Employer: Learner Mentor (Home Based) • Established for over 50 years, this Ofsted Grade 2 training company has gained an outstanding reputation as a leading International training provider, having locations in all major cities in the UK.
