Overview
My client is a local firm of fully independent Financial Advisers; they are now seeking to appoint an additional member to the business to provide quality pension benefit administration. Responsibilities: Ensure that pension schemes operate effectively on a day-to-day basis Update and maintain member records on Pensions Master Data input, standard letters, pensions calculations and contribution processing Involved in the annual renewal process and working to deadlines Train and mentor other members of staff Complete complex benefit calculations Experience: Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail Ideally worked within an IFA Enthusiastic, positive and confident telephone manner Pensions & Investment knowledge
