We're looking to add to our satelite support team as we open new ordinary living services and require the following team members: Support Workers - Community - Nights - Derby Gross salaries for support workers £19,326.45 (£9.01 per hour) - £20,361 (£9.55 per hour) enhancements Six weeks paid Annual Leave Full time (41.00 hours) and part time contracts available (from 1 night 10.25 hours) Access to the Autonomy training HUB for professional development and training MAYBO conflict management training will be provided in addition to mandatory learning About us: We support people with needs to live fulfilling lives. Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with learning disabilities and complex needs is essential, our ideal team members are flexible, empathetic with a calm and efficient approach to work. Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging, so you’ll need to be non-judgmental, with a sensitive approach. At a practical level, you’ll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records. You must also be fit enough to take on the more physical aspects of the job.
