JOB: IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST: PATIENT HANDLING & PRESSURE CARE TERRITORY: Northern England THERAPY AREA: Patient Handling, Manual Handling, Pressure Care, Healthcare, Equipment, Secondary Care PACKAGE: · Competitive basic salary · Car allowance · Pension · Achievable bonus COMPANY OVERVIEW: Market leader in the moving and handling sector Patient centric Demonstrating year on year growth ROLE: You will have accountability for Hospitals spread throughout a large geographical area Working in the secondary care environment supporting ward based stakeholders spanning from Consultants to Healthcare Assistants in their usage of manual handling equipment Working cohesively with the sales team to drive sales of the products within accounts MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Working within the secondary care environment, driving usage of your product sales via demonstrations, audits, education and support on the wards Holding 1:1 and group presentations and training Working alongside the sales team to maximise sales within each account ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Possess a high work ethic Ability to build relationships quickly Comfortable analysing data Have the ability to deal with objection handling and challenge the status-quo IDEALLY YOU WILL: Be from a clinical background i.e. Nurse (RGN), Tissue Viability Nurse, Matron, Paramedic, ODP etc Working knowledge of how a Hospital works Be commercially astute and able to spot opportunities for the business Alternative Job Titles for This Role Include: Implementation Specialist, Clinical Specialist, Nurse, Matron.
