Mechanical Engineer £ Competitive salary Benefits: 28 days holiday including public holidays, Company car, Hours: Various shifts We are currently working with a fast-growing company within the Engineering Industry, based in Rochester, who is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing business. The Mechanical Engineer will have to be a qualified engineer looking to work for a small company where they can get in involved in every step of the process from quoting the works to completing the work. Duties include: Attending site to look at works and provide comprehensive quotations. Manage works on-site to ensure they are completed to client satisfaction and given timescales. Contact Subcontractors to obtain quotations for their part of the works. Manage and plan the works ensuring subcontractors are aware of all the details they need. Liaise with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service they have received and discuss future requirements. Travel to various sites in London & Kent. As the Mechanical Engineer you will be able to demonstrate: Strong Mechanical Engineering in a commercial environment Project Management experience Mechanical Engineer qualification Good time management & communication skills.
