Tasks include: - Responding to customer queries via telephone, email and social media platforms. - Answer queries regarding financial products offered and services available. - Ensuring queries are investigated and resolves within a timely manner. - Go the extra mile to offer an excellent customer experience. - Suggest and help implement new processes or process improvements. - Work with your team and other parts of the business to ensure the best customer experience is being delivered. Skills required: - Customer service experience gained in a corporate, retail or hospitality setting. - Demonstrable ability to empathise and appease customers requiring help with complex queries. - Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet. - Driven to succeed and develop your career in a fast paced environment. - Systems savvy and able to pick up new processes quickly. - Articulate, confident and a keen team player.
