This global Management Consultancy firm is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support key divisions Your new company This leading Management Consultancy has over 1500 staff across EMEA, providing strategic planning, corporate restructuring, business growth and performance improvements and business transformation advice across a multitude of industries. Your new role The focus of this role is to work closely with the People Business Partner Director and Manager to provide business partner support to certain business groups. Depending on experience the role holder may be the named "go-to" PBP for junior consultants and corporate services employees or can be supported to grow into this role. It provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied and busy role and is keen to learn about hands on business partnering (aligning the people strategy to the firm's overarching strategy and to the strategic goals of the business group). The role involves supporting the operational delivery of performance management, talent management, career development, succession planning, training, coaching and mentoring, headcount planning and reward.
