Overview
We are currently recruiting for a well-respected insurance business who have a 6 month contract available for a Credit Controller to join their existing team. The role is based in a lovely office in Adlington, working Monday to Friday and paying a salary of up to GBP19,000 per annum. The role would suit someone looking to work within a telephone based role, credit control experience isnt essential. About The Role: · Communication and building trust with the customers · Chasing late payments · Discussing any issues around payments and making agreements to move forward · Entering all information into the bespoke system · Using Excel to sort and manipulate data and check where payments are actually outstanding · Manage all information and in line with strict FCA regulations · Escalating any payment issues in line with company policies Essential Skills & Experience · Ability to work in a telephone based role and previous experience liaising with customers over the telephone · Able to work in line with strict FCA regulations and follow company policies · Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task · Ability to build customer relationships · Excellent communication skills both written & verbal · Excellent telephone manner · Accurate data processing skills About The Benefits · Excellent working environment and lovely team · Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.30PM · 24 days holidays stat · Free parking · Pension Scheme enrolment after 1 month To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
