Accounts Manager Andoversford £40,000 A privately owned, profitable business group, who supply products throughout the UK and across the globe is looking for an Accounts Manager to assume day to day responsibility for the finance team and take ownership of the monthly management accounts reporting. Part or fully qualified Accounts Managers will be considered, this role is all about leadership, developing a small finance team as the business continues to enjoy rapid growth. Responsibilities: Oversee the team responsible for management of payroll, debtors, creditors, inventory, cash book and VAT Month-end and year-end shut down of ledgers Support the budget and forecasting process Regular meetings with budget-holders Deliver statutory returns including PAYE, VAT, EC VAT Reclaims, Intrastat and Pension Lead the finance team to ensure the efficient and effective day to day management of the department Provide management team with support to underpin decisions Ad hoc duties as required by the FD Skills/ Experience: Applications are invited from part of fully qualified ACCA/ACA or CIMA or qualified by experience MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel pivot tables and lookups Experience of motivating and leading teams Build credibility with non-finance managers GB Finance is your specialist in Accountancy and Financial Services recruitment.
