Based in Spalding we are seeing month on month growth and are currently undergoing an exciting expansion project We are looking for a Sales Administrator with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to join our busy team Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing sales opportunities with both our existing customers and new prospects Providing excellent customer service by phone and by email Answering incoming calls Making outgoing calls Networking and meeting clients General administration duties Requirements of the role include: Commitment to the highest levels of customer service Meticulous and efficient work style Flexibility to the requirements of the role Excellent communication skills are paramount both oral & written Lead generation experience a plus Effective and accurate administration skills Proficient use of database systems, demonstrating a consistent professional style Able to build strong relationships Confident with business-to-business telesales Strong IT skills Experience in a similar role preferred Ability to work under pressure without compromise Ability to quickly absorb and comprehend important product information Full Time & Part Time Roles Available.
