Overview
Our client is a reputable independent, multi office property agent looking for an experienced, proactive and dynamic Sales Valuer to join them in their busy Spalding office. This is a role for an experienced lister/valuer, as they need someone to hit the ground running and start listing properties and be prepared to look for new business as well as retaining existing clients. If you are professionally presented, have excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone, have an ability to chase the business and not give up until you have won it then we want to hear from you. Duties will include: Arranging and carrying out market appraisals Listing properties and agreeing terms with vendors Returning feedback to Vendors Negotiating sales Seeing the sale through until completion If this is you, then do not hesitate to contact us.
