Overview
Are you an immediately available and experienced HR Advisor who has worked within a large, creative and fast paced business? Are you strong on Employee Relations? I've partnered with a large creative business who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly and busy team to support on a redundancy project. The business prides themselves on a promoting a positive environment who encourage collaboration, so you'll need to have a warm and nurturing approach as well as understanding critical business needs. You will have experience and be confident in managing a high volume of redundancy cases. This role requires someone who can grasp project plans quickly and take action effectively and accurately whilst being HR compliant. In this role you will also be responsible for day-to-day operational HR activity for your assigned client group and any adhoc activity required. You will also be dealing with complex contracts, managing bonus and performance reviews as well as flexible working requests. This role would suit someone who has experience in a large retail or hospitality business in an HR Advisory position and can start immediately.
