Job Title : Personal Assistant with German Salary : £75k Location : Central London Type : Permanent Job Ref: SM15518 Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a confident and experienced Personal Assistant with both Private and business duties supporting the principal as well as a close-knit team within a very established and successful company in a prime central London location. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a well presented, strong character with a positive nature and impeccable organisational skills. You should be an experienced private pa, and have the ability to adapt and handle a range of tasks including managing projects or business administration, and enjoys varied, hands on tasks, and getting involved in the running of the business throughout Europe. Duties of the Personal Assistant with German: Arranging international travel and accommodation Complex diary management Liaising with important clients Typical office administrative duties Processing invoices and expenses Budget review for projects both in UK and abroad Arranging event catering, or venue and restaurant booking Liaising with suppliers andcontractors across Europe Assisting with recruitment when necessary Ad hoc tasks including private PA duties Requirements of the Personal Assistant with German: Excellent written and spoken English At least 10 years PA/EA experience Native level of German both written and spoken Great communication and interpersonal skills Experience of similar role working with varied duties Discretion and diplomacy at all times Strong organisational skills and eye for detail Proactive problem solving mind-set Dedicated with ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
