Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Selby - £40,000 - £45,000 bonus generous pension benefits Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious Selby Plc business who have enjoyed a very successful period of expansion. They are looking to identify a high calibre FP&A Analyst to join their Finance Team, with a clear path of career progression for the right candidate. Role: The FP&A position is an important role within the Finance Team, with key involvement on financial reporting and for ensuring accounting implications are considered in all commercial, operational and strategic decisions. Duties will include; Supporting the FP&A team with business planning, forecasting and project valuations Produce and co-ordinate accurate and relevant short, medium and long-term financial analysis Development of models and assumptions to support on-going financial and commercial analysis and inform decision making Ownership of specific project appraisal, valuation analysis and scenario assessment processes Working closely with assumption owners and providing challenge where appropriate Communication of outputs and conclusions to relevant parties clearly and concisely Person: The Financial Accountant role will suit; Nearly or Newly qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Financial Accounting role Forward thinking with an analytical approach Ability to communicate effectively and partner with senior management and non-finance staff To apply for the FP&A position please use the link provided, visit the Castlefield website, or contact Josh Watson via LinkedIn.
