Project Manager Sanderson Recruitment Competitive Salary Hatfield My client is a global manufacturing company with a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. They are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Project Manager with a background in construction. As a Project Manager you will: Managing a broad and diverse range of stakeholders across the business Facilitating and documenting key requirements, aligning each to measureable business value outcomes Producing key project documents (e.g. PID, Business Case) Conduct root cause analysis / lean reviews/ value stream mapping (etc) to determine and prioritise programme opportunities Lead projects using a mix of Prince 2,Lean Sigma during the understand/feasibility stage through to Agile for IT delivery Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, architects, clients, consultants and engineers Accountable for delivery of business value outcomes Proactively manage all risks, issues, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies Work with IT and Change team colleagues to manage and deliver system developments and IT functional changes when required Produce Weekly & monthly reporting, attend key programme and change boards As a Project Manager you will need: Had a PMO or PM role within the construction industry Strong facilitator with ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value Leading digital programmes/projects Excellent stakeholder experience at all levels Prior experience of Agile is desirable but not essential 3 years construction industry experience in project management. Degree or HND/C qualified in Construction and/or Building Services is required, however other similar disciplines will be considered.
