Overview
We are currently partnering with a nationally recognised brand, in their search for a HR Change Lead on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role is to be based from the organisations' head office in Central London. In this role you will act as a Head of HR Change Lead for functions and will support the business through a period of significant change. The successful candidate will support the transition towards successful growth. The role will have a focus on: Managing change and transformation activity across the HR Function and the UK You will also be responsible for liaising with external consultancies to ensure programs are kept to deadlines as well as managing all senior stakeholder relationships and communications. Developing leadership and cultural initiatives. Implementing actions on Target Operating Model changes with restructuring and people aspects during the execution of systems Experience as a HR Change Lead is necessary. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key, as is the ability to build relationships.
