Healthcare Enterprise Architect Salary: £95,000 20% Bonus Home Based The primary purpose of this role is to provide the highest caliber of technical leadership and take ownership of the definition of architectural approaches used across our clients software solutions to meet the company and customer’s strategic goals. Experience Practical experience designing and building enterprise or distributed software systems Understanding of NHS IT deployments, requirements and STP/ICS/ACO models of care Demonstrable detailed understanding of architecture principles and methods, technology and standards Sales Experience in large scale Healthcare IT procurements. Ideally from a client AND vendor perspective. Proven record of driving technology best practice architected solutions in a matrix managed, diverse, globally located organization. Passionate about using technology to create business value Highly motivated, self-taught and widely recognized as a technology expert Responsibilities; Assist in refinement and articulation of the Vision for UK & EMEA markets Industry knowledge - familiar with industry changes in technology standards, information management, and emerging NHS and other standards in order to advise on technology and leverage industry best practice in the architecture of client solutions. Development and technology planning - provide guidance in best practice and tool use in the design and build of technical frameworks and the applications built on them Architecture and design -propose technical solutions, ensure their integrity, and that the solutions can be built, implemented and maintained within timelines/budgets Technical design authority - internally and externally recognized as a specialist on complex technical areas, will drive benchmarking, installation, upgrade, configuration, deployment and testing activity Work with Partners, collaborating on opportunities with current or future clients and addressing market challenges Effectively support Sales and Sales Consulting and facilitate winning quality new business through; Evangelising the Architecture and Design of software products to customers Effectively articulating and presenting the benefits and technical advantages of solutions to technical and non-technical customer and staff Contributing to the production of proposals in response to requests for development, RFIs and RFPs Providing high level ballpark estimates for proposed solutions. Demonstrating the acumen to manage and cultivate positive customer relations Works with wider solutions teams to help create and deliver the product roadmaps for software products Translate business requirements and product vision into application architecture that exceeds all expectations Provide incisive input into the best application of technology to create the next generation of solutions In concert with other architects , play a leading role in the creation a center of expertise and forum for common component design, reuse and exploitation Take ownership and responsibility for the definition and documentation of solution technical standards for the region Be a driving force for constantly improving the scalability, extensibility, interoperability, reliability, availability and performance of software products Create team spirit A fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Enterprise Architect to join a leading global healthcare solutions company.
