IT Support Analyst East London £20K - £27K My client a is a reputable MSP based in East London. They are is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the team to provide helpdesk and technical support to the organisations clients. Essential Requirements: At least a years experience working on 1st Line Support with an MSP. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting experience Fully proficient working with Windows, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP. (Windows 10 ideally) Good experience with Office 36, Office 2010 and Exchange 2007. Microsoft Certifications very beneficial Excellent experience working with Network technologies (Firewalls/Switches) Key Responsibilities Providing 1st line support to all clients Escalating calls if necessary to 2nd/3rd line engineers Troubleshooting problems with the clients servers and infrastructure Perform other IT duties when requested 1st Line Support - Windows - Infrastructure - MSP - Office 365 - Active Directory - Incident Management - MCSE - MCSA - Networking - Firewalls - Routing - Switches - Office 2010 Circle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
