Overview
Payroll Assistant working for a UK wide company, based in South Manchester paying up to £25,000. Your new company You will be working for a large retail company based in South Manchester as a Payroll Assistant. The company offer a clear progression path for it's employees and ongoing training. Your new role You will be responsible for processing payroll from start to finish. You will process starters, leavers, SSM, SSP SSP. In addition to this you will reconcile the payroll and answer employee queries. You will process pension and benefits, including P11d's. You will run both a high volume payroll, both monthly and weekly. What you'll need to succeed You will need a strong background in end to end payroll and be up to date with all payroll legislation and changes. You will be able to perform manual calculations confidently and will be a proficient user of excel as you will heavily rely on this in the role. You will work well under pressure and be able to hit the ground running in the role.
