Job Description A data consultancy based in London is currently looking for an experienced Data Scientist to deploy the Data Science/DevOps/Big Data solutions in a client-facing working environment. Role & Responsibilities Understanding models and heavily involved in the development of data-based solutions for clients in finance Travelling to client sites both in the UK and around the world, to further understand client requirements and deliver the best solutions Discussing complex analytical information to a non-technical audience and explain how it adds business value Skills & Qualifications MSc or PhD in a numerate field such as Machine Learning or Deep Learning Extensive commercial data science experience or related role Solid knowledge of Data Engineering, particularly in Spark Proficient in ML and Python packages (SciPy, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow) Excellent communication skills, specifically when discussing business solutions with clients
