PMO Analyst

As our new PMO Analyst within our Business Programme Management Office, you will assist in the daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. You will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting on the operating plant for the UK and Europe, both to UK and international stakeholders. This will include managing the collation of data and construction of regular reports; working with the Project Leads, Programme and Project Managers on assurance monitoring across the portfolio, ensuring execution of deliverables across projects, chasing and challenging progress as appropriate. If you’re a PMO Analyst/Portfolio Analyst with proven success working across a suite of projects and programmes (handling multiple projects at one time), including risk and issue management experience, we’d love to speak with you. What would make you stand out? Experience handling 20-25 projects/initiatives at one time Industry qualifications, such as MOR Management of Risk, P3O etc. Resource management experience Quality management and audit experience Strong resource and capacity planning experience at a portfolio level Sharepoint and Google Suite experience What you’ll get to be responsible for: As our PMO Analyst, you will continually strive to provide portfolio excellence and driving successful execution across all projects within the portfolio You will get the opportunity to manage enterprise-wide resource data and metrics for all projects in the Operating Plan in order to inform decision making by the Executive team in the prioritisation, recruitment needs and efficient use of resources You will provide assurance and sharing of best practice project and programme management methodology in accordance with Equifax standards, both locally and internationally. This will include guiding stakeholders through the governance process for Investment Approval You will support the UK PMO Lead on related activities across broader the European region as required What Else?
