Project Manager - Joinery & Fit Out Experience - London Company They are engaged as a principal contractors on commercial projects, in particular, financial institutions and banks and as a sub-contractor for well-established main contractors. The value of each project is typically £2m - £6m, located primarily in London, and the south & south east of the UK, and as principal contractors, their works include the complete suite of construction activities including; Fit-outs; MEP works, & joinery. Projects include; commercial, education, leisure, and healthcare. With these projects ranging up to £10m in value, they have an extensive list of prestigious clients who favour this specialist contractor services due to their team of professional Surveyors, Contracts Managers and Site Managers who ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. Project Manager Requirements Experience as a Project Manager in the fit out & joinery market. Ability to work to programmes and deadlines, and be flexible to adapt to change. Have great attention to detail CSCS Card SMSTS card holder. Project Manager Package: An annual salary of up to £65k plus package, which will be dependent on experience.
