Overview
A motivated and competent Branch Manager is required for a successful and well-established Estate Agency firm in Frome. Looking for an experienced Branch Manager for a growing office, the ideal candidate for this role will be a committed, driven and professional individual looking to join a company that reward and recognise achievement. You will have the ability to develop new business opportunities, manage and motivate your team and be passionate about customer service. You will have several years' estate agency experience to Branch Manager level and will be looking for a company that can help develop your career. A proven track record in winning instructions is essential along with the ability to continue in the success of this highly reputable business. The company can offer a highly competitive basic salary and OTE. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with half a day taken in lieu.
