Branch Manager - Estate Agency We are delighted to be working with a well established South West Estate Agency who are currently looking to recruit a branch manager for one of their offices in the Frome area. Working closely with one of the Partners you will have an excellent track record in residential sales and experience of managing and motivating a small team. Person Specification We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who can demonstrate a track record of success in managing a busy office. You will need to have the flexibility and resilience to succeed in a busy and competitive environment. Our client is looking for a candidate who is able to understand and develop their team to get the most out of them and can share their knowledge and experience to help improve individual and team performance. This is a busy, successful and expanding office and we are looking for the right, dynamic individual to drive the growth of the business. If you have: Previous Estate agency experience at management level Valuation and Market Appraisal experience Experience working and developing a team Full UK driving license Then we would love to hear from you. The package for this role will include a basic salary of circa £25k and an expected OTE of around £40k. There is also free parking on site. Applicants will need to have a full UK driving licence and use of their own vehicle for work.
