Overview
We are recruiting for a branch manager for an established Estate Agency in the Wiltshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to join and manage an experienced and successful team who have both a lettings and sales department on the premises. About the role: The Branch Manager for the sales team will have proven experience of managing a busy property office, be resilient, flexible, highly motivated and enjoy growing and developing their team to gain the best possible outcomes. The office is expanding and developing in the local business market and thrives itself on its proven high levels of service and client retention. This is a busy and fast paced environment where the work will be accordingly split dependant on client needs so team work is essential. The successful candidate will work with their team and split general negotiators duties amongst them. About you: Do you like sharing your knowledge and experience and developing your team? whilst working in a busy focused environment? Do you have proven successful negotiation skills and a great understanding of the property market alongside the drive to push forward new business?
