Qualified Social Worker Needed For SEND Team Reference: 119582 Type: Permanent Salary (£): Up to £39,774 depending on experience Job Summary: This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with young adults between the ages of 17 to 25 whilst they transition from children's to adult social services. An innovative local authority is looking for an ambitious team player with experience in working with adults to join there SEND team. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team which uses a new operating model, which ensures social workers have access to all relevant information by combining the best functions of the Adults, Children, Public health and Housing services. This approach to SEND work makes the whole process streamlined so there is no disruption to caseloads; therefore, social workers within the team are less overworked and have a great work/life balance.
