Qualified Social Worker-Referral and Assessment Reference: 119841 Type: Permanent Salary (£): £41,000 Job Summary: This Outstanding local authority is looking for a driven and organised social worker who wants to make a positive difference within the community. Able to provide modular training to gain not only a Masters of Science degree if you do not already have one, but also other qualifications as well, this local authority will help your growth and development so you can quickly progress through to management level. So if you're ambitious and wish to add as many strings to your bow as possible, this is the role for you Unlike other roles, duty is every 6 weeks giving you ample time to work through your caseloads of around 18 children, before being allocated another batch. This means you will not be stretched for time and can focus on your cases without being stressed. Furthermore, there is the option to work from home as long as the work assigned has been completed, so if you wish to have a great work/life balance this role is perfect if you have other commitments outside of work.
